Refund Policy
Definition: Our Products, means –

harnesses,
-
wheels,
-
tow bridles, or
-
other items manufactured at Dynamic Flight, 17 Tansey Court, Trawalla

Australian Consumer Law applies to our goods sold in Australia. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if any major defect or damage during manufacture of this product is detected upon delivery. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a failure through operator error.

Our products are handcrafted in Victoria, Australia. With this comes potential for minor marks and blemishes at the date of delivery and as such are cosmetic, and do not constitute defects.
​
We recommend that, in order to maximise the life of your product and to maintain it as best as possible, you follow any maintenance & care and periodic inspection schedules as recommended by Dynamic Flight.

Damage to our products
If our product has been damaged, whether or not it appears minor or structural, we recommend fixing the product in a timely fashion.
​
Any person claiming under this policy must:

Immediately cease using the product as soon as any issue that is clearly the subject of a warranty claim is noticed.

When making first contact, provide:
-
proof of purchase and ownership. No claim will be honoured without such proof being provided.

the serial number (or images showing it) if applicable;
-
images of the product and any alleged defects
-
a summary of the issue including when it first arose and what you believe caused it.

upon receipt of this information, Dynamic Flight will be in touch with the original purchaser of our product.
-
any products that we request to be returned to Dynamic Flight for inspection must be received prior return authorisation.
-
transportation costs will be refunded/covered bay Dynamic Flight only if the item is deemed at fault. If Dynamic Flight inspects the product and it’s not deemed faulty, that item will be returned back and the transportation costs associated for the sending and receiving will be payable by the customer.

Dynamic Flight is not responsible for any damages incurred in transport, for storing or transportation fees, nor for inconvenience or loss of time or money while repairs are being made.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

This does not affect your legal rights under Australian consumer laws.
What and who is covered?

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
-
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
-
Is unsafe
-
Is significantly different from the sample or description
-
Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
In this instance you must:
-
return the goods to Dynamic Flight, or notifying Dynamic Flight of the problem, within 14 days of receipt of goods
-
not dispose of, lose or destroy the goods.
-
have taken reasonable care of the goods
-
not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
-
be able to prove they bought the goods from Dynamic Flight.
For 12 months from the date of sale of our products, Dynamic Flight will replace or repair any defective product without charge. This is subject to and providing the damage does not arise from or relate to -
-
improper adjustment or operation by the consumer;
-
the use of accessories not approved by Dynamic Flight;
-
any modifications to the products which were not authorised in writing by Dynamic Flight;
-
any misuse of the products by the consumer or anyone for whom the consumer has legal responsibility (including a minor);
-
normal wear and tear;
-
heat or weather damage;
-
damage from transportation or storage;
-
damage caused by alterations or modifications of the products not authorised in writing by Dynamic Flight;
-
damage caused to products used for promotional, commercial, rental or demonstration purposes. Demo or used equipment is not covered under warranty;
-
any use or operation of the products outside of the physical specifications of the items; or
-
inadequate or improper maintenance of the products.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:
-
change your mind, decide you do not like the goods or have no use for them
-
discover you can buy the goods cheaper elsewhere
-
examine the goods before buying and ought to have seen any obvious fault
-
had the defect drawn to your attention before buying (for instance, when goods were labelled as seconds, or faults were clearly marked)
-
damage the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.
